Terms of Service for openclaw-agent

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of openclaw-agent ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

openclaw-agent is a personal AI automation agent designed to help users perform tasks such as file operations, browser control, data monitoring, and other automation workflows through natural language commands. Certain features may optionally integrate with Google services (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, etc.) when authorized by the user.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any accounts (including Google accounts) connected to the App.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all actions performed by the App on your behalf, including file modifications, browser interactions, and any automated decisions.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• You must comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy and any applicable third-party terms when using Google integrations.

4. Google API Usage

When you connect Google services:

• Access is granted only with your explicit consent.
• The App requests only the minimum scopes necessary for the features you enable.
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AUTOMATED ACTIONS WILL ALWAYS PRODUCE THE INTENDED RESULTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THE AI AGENT.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue support or updates without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Korea.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
